St John 11:25

Story

Cherished Moments

The Legacy of Brother Victor Lawmann

Brother Victor was an inspiration to all who knew him especially to his wife, his five sons, grandchildren and members of the Local Christian Fellowship group that he pastored for over forty years.

Brother Victor was a cherished Elder in the faith and ministered The Message of the Hour to his beloved Local Christian Fellowship for many decades. He was also a very
dedicated Mathematics teacher who proved extremely popular with his students and cared deeply for their personal and educational development. His dedication to the students during his tenure earned Selhurst High School recognition for their above average performances in Mathematics at GCSE level

He took great pride in his role as mentor to his students and newly qualified teachers, many of whom kept in touch with him long after they left the school or graduated.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Mary; his sons William, Joel, Stephen (James), Aaron, and Benjamin; daughters-in-law, Nancy (William), Cherene (Stephen), Lauren (Benjamin); his sisters Victoria, Ruby, Bertha, and Constance; his brother Timoteous; as well as his cherished grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and brothers- and sisters-in-law.

He was preceded in death by his sister Margaret and his brother Patrick, who we trust he is now reunited with in the presence of our Lord.
